Floral

Vines, palmettes and rosettes wind across our floral rugs, drawn with the precision of city workshops and the freer hand of village weavers.

Vintage Persian Kerman rugs have some of the most ornate floral fields, made by professional weavers in one of Iran's great city weaving centres. Alongside them are Tabriz, Nain, Kashan, Sarouk and Moud rugs, often with a central medallion and corner pieces, plus Hossainabad rugs and runners. Bakhtiari and Qashqai rugs show a bolder, more tribal take on flowers. Afghan Chobi rugs and runners, Balkh rugs and our Kohi designs bring florals into a low pile with softer colour.

A floral rug softens a room with plain furniture, linen and timber. Dense, detailed fields are forgiving in a dining room or family room, and a pale floral is lovely in a bedroom where you want calm.
