Najaf Mazari fled Afghanistan as a refugee, opened a tiny shop on High Street in 2000, and built one of Australia's most respected rug businesses.
Twenty-five years on, he still picks every rug himself, looking for the weave, the wool and the colour that make each one worth keeping for life.
