370 × 270 cm (12' × 9')

Room-sized and generous, rugs around 370 × 270 cm cover most of a living or dining room floor and let soft, all-over patterns stretch right across the space.

Afghan Chobi rugs are the largest group, their hand-spun wool knotted into a low, smooth pile that keeps florals and palmettes clear. Vintage Persian Kerman rugs bring formal medallions and borders, and Maimana and Faryab kilims offer flat, reversible pattern at full scale. You'll also find Afghan Balkh and Yekta rugs, Transitional Kohi, Oushak and Aaram rugs and vintage patchwork rugs.

At this size, a rug can sit under a full sofa arrangement in an open-plan room or under a dining table for eight, with chairs staying on the rug when pulled out. Lighter creams, blues and pastels open up a large room, while vintage pieces in deeper colour make it feel warmer and more settled.
